Prohibited uses

This Agreement does not transfer from ACE Pictures Entertainment LLC to you any ACE Pictures Entertainment LLC or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with ACE Pictures Entertainment LLC. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Website or Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of ACE Pictures Entertainment LLC or ACE Pictures Entertainment LLC licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Website or Services may be the trademarks of other third parties.
